RECIPE – “Cabbage scrambled with peppers”

INGREDIENTS

1 piece of cabbage
Peppers
3 eggs

  • Chop the cabbage very thin and chop the peppers
  • In a frying pan with oil put the peppers to cook for 5 minutes with the lid on
  • Then add the cabbage and let cook another 5 minutes with the lid.
  • Finally add the three eggs and stir until done and well mixed and eat!
