RECIPE – Vegetable soup

Hey, everybody. How are you? Today a very simple, delicious and super nutritious recipe. When it’s cold, I love to make these warm spoon dishes. I hope you dare to try it, a big hug.

INGREDIENTS

100 g soaked beans (12 hours)
2 green peppers
1 onion
1 tomato
1 piece of pumpkin
1 ñora

  • Sauté the vegetables with oil and salt for 10 minutes.
  • Then add enough water and add the beans and ñora.
  • Let everything cook for 1 hour and a half.
  • At the end remove the ñora and chop it with a little garlic and parsley and put it back in the pot.
  • And ready to eat!
