Hey, everybody. How are you? Today a very simple, delicious and super nutritious recipe. When it’s cold, I love to make these warm spoon dishes. I hope you dare to try it, a big hug.
100 g soaked beans (12 hours)
2 green peppers
1 piece of pumpkin
- Sauté the vegetables with oil and salt for 10 minutes.
- Then add enough water and add the beans and ñora.
- Let everything cook for 1 hour and a half.
- At the end remove the ñora and chop it with a little garlic and parsley and put it back in the pot.
- And ready to eat!
