RECIPE – “Grilled Nephrops”

Hey, everybody. How are you? After the holidays here I am back with something typical of the moment, some crayfish and how to make them to the plate so that they come out of scrumptious. Do you want to know how? Then read on.


Norway lobsters
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
White wine
Garlic and parsley

  • We put the crayfish on the griddle first with the belly down.
  • Prepare the dressing with the oil, wine, garlic and parsley and mix it well.
  • In 2 minutes we turn the crayfish and add the dressing over the paws, leave 3 more minutes and turn again.
  • Turn off the iron and you’re done! That fast and easy.
